Buddha's Brew kombucha is equally tantalizing, invigorating and rejuvenating. Brewed using the traditional culturing methods and bottled full strength without extra-added carbonation. (Excess carbonation can reduce some of the beneficial acids and probiotic benefits found in kombucha.) Only organic ingredients and fair trade tea are used in the brewing process, which takes place in the commercial kombucha kitchen/brewery located in South Austin.

LIVING FOOD FACTS:
The recorded history of kombucha dates back to the Qin Dynasty in China (around 250 BC). The Chinese called it the "Immortal Health Elixir," because they believed Kombucha balanced the Middle Qi (Spleen and Stomach) and aided in digestion, allowing the body to focus on healing.
